By accessing and using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We are a professional fire hose manufacturing company with over 32 years of experience, providing:

• High-pressure fire hoses for urban firefighting and industrial applications
• Forest firefighting hoses designed for outdoor operations
• Agricultural irrigation hoses for farming applications
• Specialized hoses for high-temperature and corrosive environments
• Custom OEM/ODM manufacturing services
• Technical consultation and after-sales support

All products are manufactured in accordance with international quality standards including ISO9001 and CE certifications.

Our services are intended for:

• Licensed businesses engaged in fire safety, construction, or related industries
• Government agencies and municipal fire departments
• Authorized distributors and importers
• Industrial facilities requiring fire safety equipment

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Order Process: All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or signed purchase order. Verbal agreements are not binding until documented.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Custom products may require additional quotation time.

Payment Terms:

• New customers: 100% payment in advance or Letter of Credit
• Established customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• Large orders: Negotiable payment terms based on credit evaluation

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty. After production begins, cancellation fees may apply.

Quality Assurance: All products undergo rigorous quality control testing including pressure testing, material inspection, and dimensional verification before shipment.

Warranty Coverage:

• Standard products: 12 months from delivery date
• Custom products: 6-12 months depending on specifications
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper storage are not covered

Claims Process: Quality claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence and detailed description. We reserve the right to inspect products before processing any warranty claims.

Delivery Terms: Standard delivery time is 15-30 days for custom orders, 7-15 days for stock items. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods: We ship via sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on order size and customer requirements. Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise agreed.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB factory terms unless otherwise specified).

Inspection: Customers must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt and report any discrepancies immediately. Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Liability Limits: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions: We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions

Product Use: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations.
